- Operate and maintain advanced metrology equipment for process control
- Analyze measurement data to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Develop metrology protocols and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with process engineers to optimize manufacturing workflows
- Document technical reports and maintain metrology databases
- Train team members on metrology techniques and equipment operation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor metrology or process engineering
- Proficiency with metrology tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
