In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between design and production, ensuring that our world-class storage products meet the highest standards of excellence.
You will lead the end-to-end resolution of quality-related challenges across both New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume Sustaining phases. Working alongside cross-functional engineering teams, you will leverage root cause analysis techniques to minimize yield loss, improve process efficiency, and uphold the integrity of our memory solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the identification and resolution of quality defects during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) for quality incidents occurring in the production line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product reliability.
- Monitor and analyze real-time manufacturing data to identify trends and proactively mitigate quality risks.
- Standardize quality assurance documentation and update technical specifications as necessary.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards and global semiconductor regulations.
- Partner with sustaining engineering teams to optimize yield and minimize scrap during mass production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Process Engineering role within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SPC, FMEA, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions across different levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues under tight deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, or SQL-based tools) is highly desirable.
