As the Technology Centre Leader, you will play a critical role in the company’s Global Business Services (GBS) strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the Technology Shared Services center in alignment with global corporate goals.
- Lead and mentor a large multidisciplinary IT organization, focusing on talent development, retention, and leadership succession planning.
- Drive operational excellence by overseeing the delivery of IT services, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
- Manage the center’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Champion digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency and innovation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with global C-suite stakeholders and business unit leaders to ensure technology alignment with business needs.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance with international data security and privacy standards.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster an agile, customer-centric, and innovative organizational culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
- At least 12-15 years of professional experience in IT, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles within a Shared Services or GBS environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations and successfully delivering complex global projects.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including P&L oversight and strategic resource allocation.
- Deep knowledge of modern IT frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation within a technical environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
