Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical development of new projects in alignment with the company’s long-term technology roadmap.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize production processes and improve yield.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot technical hurdles during the new product introduction (NPI) phase.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for new process technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Liaise with equipment vendors to evaluate and integrate next-generation manufacturing machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or Materials Science).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors or PCBs.
- Proficiency in process engineering methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or DOE (Design of Experiments).
- Strong knowledge of IC substrate manufacturing processes and materials technology.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, or Python).
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting technological priorities.
