We are looking for an exceptional Technology Director to lead our technological evolution and operational excellence.
In this critical executive role, you will be the architect of our entire technology ecosystem. You will translate complex business challenges into agile, scalable, and secure technological solutions. From overseeing the enterprise network and cloud strategy (AWS/Azure) to spearheading automation (RPA/AI) and strengthening our cyber defense (ISO 27001), your leadership will be the bedrock of our operational success and competitive advantage.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will collaborate with the CEO and department heads to align IT strategy with business goals. You will manage substantial budgets, cultivate partnerships with premier technology vendors, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT managers, engineers, and developers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the overarching technology roadmap, ensuring it supports the company's strategic growth and digital transformation objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all IT operations, including network infrastructure (Cisco/Avaya), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise applications.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-achieving IT team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity frameworks to safeguard critical assets and client data, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives (RPA, Intelligent Automation) to optimize service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage the full IT P&L, including strategic vendor management, contract negotiations, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and SLAs to ensure 99.99% system availability and peak operational performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role within the BPO / Outsourcing / MSP industry.
- Proven experience managing 24/7 IT operations for an organization of 1,000+ employees.
- Deep technical expertise in networking (Cisco Meraki/SDWAN), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and unified communications.
- Demonstrated success in managing IT budgets exceeding $1M and negotiating complex vendor contracts.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and security best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Professional certifications (PMP, CISSP, ITIL, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly valued.
