Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technology implementation roles
- Proficiency in CAI technologies or customer automation platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with API integration and database management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Certification in automation or system architecture (preferred)
