Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Intellectual Property (IP) and business growth? Sysgen is seeking a skilled Technology Licensing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Taguig City.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our technology assets, from identifying licensing opportunities to finalizing complex legal agreements. You will work closely with R&D and legal teams to ensure our innovations are protected and monetized effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s technology portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Negotiate and draft licensing agreements with external partners, ensuring terms align with business objectives.
- Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses to identify potential IP risks.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure all licensing activities comply with local and international regulations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities.
- Prepare and present licensing reports and business proposals to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technology Licensing, Intellectual Property Management, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Intellectual Property laws and international IP standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high productivity.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
