Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Lead a cross-functional team of security technicians and engineers, providing mentorship and performance guidance.
- Develop and execute security technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for security system upgrades and expansions.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and vendor SLAs across all security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT operations and facilities teams to integrate security systems with broader infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for security vulnerabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology management with 3+ years specializing in electronic security systems.
- Expertise in CCTV, biometric access control, alarm systems, and IP-based security infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and security technology deployments.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience building and developing technical teams.
