Are you passionate about bridging the gap between innovative technology and real-world execution? Caterpillar is seeking a dynamic Technology Onboarding Specialist to join our regional Technology & Sales Enablement team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the adoption of digital solutions within one of Caterpillar’s primary Construction Industries business segments.

As a key driver of digital transformation, you will work hand-in-hand with our dealer network and internal sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding onto our proprietary software, SaaS platforms, and digital sales tools. This is a high-impact position that offers the opportunity to shape how Caterpillar engages with partners, modernizes traditional construction processes, and accelerates regional growth through technology. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and coordinate digital onboarding journeys for Caterpillar dealers, distributors, and customers across the region.
  • Deliver engaging technical training, webinars, and virtual workshops to accelerate the adoption of digital sales enablement and construction tech tools.
  • Provide first-line system integration support, troubleshooting user-access issues and onboarding friction points.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Product and IT Development teams to communicate local feature requests and system bug reports.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on technology adoption metrics to internal stakeholders to continuously optimize the onboarding pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain localized training documentation, quick-start guides, and digital enablement playbooks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Onboarding, SaaS implementation, or IT Sales Enablement.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools; knowledge of telematics or heavy-machinery software is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an innate ability to explain complex technological workflows to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple timelines concurrently.
  • An agile mindset, capable of adapting quickly to rapid software updates and evolving user needs.
