Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Zoho‑based projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with clients, internal operations, and developers to define requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, conducting regular testing and reviews to ensure high‑quality outputs.
- Monitor project progress using key performance indicators, providing transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and post‑mortem reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably involving Zoho or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, including clients, ops, and developers.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and experience implementing testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, or basic programming is advantageous.
