Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor security systems, networks, and applications to detect and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time
- Investigate and analyze security breaches, determining root causes and implementing corrective measures to prevent future occurrences
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in the organization's infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and minimize impact on business operations
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively enhance the organization's security posture
- Participate in security awareness training and provide guidance to employees on security best practices and protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Professional security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, or a similar cybersecurity role
- Proficiency in security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus solutions
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud security principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
