Singapore Management University is seeking a dynamic Technology Solutions Engineer to join the Information and Information Technology Services (IITS) department. In this role, you will take charge of the strategic management of Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Endpoint Privilege Management solutions. You will design and implement sophisticated security architectures that ensure strict compliance with university policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize endpoint solutions across the campus. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, conducting regular security assessments, and providing expert guidance to end-users. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will significantly enhance the university's security posture and contribute to the seamless delivery of digital services. - Oversee the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Design and deploy robust Endpoint Privilege Management strategies to ensure secure access control.
- Ensure all endpoint technologies comply with university policies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to end-users regarding security tools and policies.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Endpoint Management tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and implementation.
- Experience with Windows Privilege Management and Active Directory administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CISSP) are a plus.
