Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical strategy for data center thermal management applications across the Singapore market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-efficiency cooling architectures tailored to client-specific hyperscale requirements.
- Provide expert-level pre-sales technical support, including site audits, performance modeling, and complex system troubleshooting.
- Drive innovation by identifying market gaps and integrating new thermal technology trends into existing product portfolios.
- Develop detailed technical proposals and white papers to position Johnson Controls as a thought leader in thermal infrastructure.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client consultations to solve complex cooling challenges and optimize PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).
- Coordinate with global engineering centers to localize solutions for regional environmental and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience specifically in data center thermal management, HVAC, or mission-critical cooling systems.
- Proven expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling and thermal analytics.
- Strong understanding of data center standards, including ASHRAE guidelines and local Singapore building regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated history of driving technology strategy and innovation in industrial or commercial settings.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials preferred.
