Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 technical support for transmission-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks or latency issues in data flow.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and technical teams in both Mandarin and English.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to troubleshoot complex connectivity and integration problems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in incident management workflows, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Execute system upgrades and maintenance tasks during scheduled change windows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, file transfer technologies (SFTP, FTPS), and transmission monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed systems environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts to support global business hours.
- Experience in the financial services industry or working within a global team is a plus.
