Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the performance of a global network of servers and cloud-based services.
- Develop and manage real-time dashboards to track key infrastructure metrics and service health.
- Implement proactive tuning strategies to optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy, scale, and troubleshoot complex production environments.
- Automate routine operational tasks through scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) to minimize manual overhead.
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term prevention.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security patches and compliance standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in System Administration, DevOps, or TechOps roles.
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
- Proven ability to script and automate workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into business-ready reports.
