- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural customers in Indonesia
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and training for spray equipment systems

- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer technical issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
- Support marketing initiatives through trade shows and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years technical sales or sales engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of agricultural spraying systems and irrigation technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel extensively across Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
