Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor chemical processes and production lines to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize production efficiency and output.
- Document technical data, maintenance logs, and operational reports accurately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols (HSE) and company regulations at all times.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in industrial production.
- Familiarity with fertilizer production processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including potential night shifts or weekends.
- Valid HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) certification is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.
