Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver electronic products and AC units to customer locations in Jombang and surrounding areas in a timely and safe manner.
- Perform professional installation of air conditioning units and electronic appliances according to Erablue Electronics safety and technical guidelines.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and testing after installation to ensure proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues that may arise during the delivery or installation process.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional instructions to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of installed products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and installation tools at all times.
- Accurately complete installation reports and customer feedback forms.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or vocational certificate in Electronics, AC Installation, or a related technical field.
- Valid SIM A driver's license is required for product delivery.
- At least 1 year of experience working as an AC Technician, Installer, or in a similar technical role.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (AC units, boxes) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) with a customer-focused approach.
