Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
- Diagnose mechanical problems through systematic testing and analysis
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex equipment issues
- Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Train junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Stay updated with the latest heavy equipment technology and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as heavy equipment technician
- Valid certification in heavy equipment maintenance is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in various conditions and lift heavy equipment parts
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team
