Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building infrastructure, including electrical panels, lighting, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to identify and report any defects or safety hazards.
- Execute timely repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding all maintenance work and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations at the work site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or facility operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and work in various site conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Jakarta Selatan.
