PT OCS Global Services Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Engineering Technician to join our expanding team in the Bali region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational maintenance, ensuring that facility systems, electrical components, and control motors function at peak efficiency. As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for diagnostic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of electrical diagrams and control logic, enabling them to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical facility equipment.
- Analyze and interpret electrical control motor diagrams and star-delta circuit schematics accurately.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized for internal reporting.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform emergency repairs as required.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure site safety and operational standards are met.
- Maintain high-quality standards in every technical intervention, ensuring long-term asset reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Technical/Engineering staff, preferably in facility or building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical diagram drawings (Control Motor & Star Delta).
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and general mechanical maintenance.
- Proficient in documentation and report writing, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site across various locations within the Bali region.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or within a team.
