We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the optimal performance and safety of our properties through expert maintenance and repair services.
In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining our facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in managing routine upkeep and emergency repairs across a wide range of systems, including Air Conditioning (AC), Generators, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Plumbing, and Civil structures. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on AC units, generators, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of building structures to identify and resolve potential faults.
- Execute necessary repairs for mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to improve overall building efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or related technical fields.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, genset operation, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in plumbing and civil works is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is an advantage.
