Tanggung Jawab
- Install CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related equipment according to technical specifications
- Test and troubleshoot surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance
- Configure network settings for remote monitoring and mobile access
- Perform system maintenance including firmware updates and component replacements
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation
- Document installation processes and create detailed service reports
- Collaborate with sales team to provide technical consultations for client projects
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent technical certification
- 1+ years of experience in CCTV installation or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of IP and analog camera systems, cabling, and networking
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
- Basic computer skills for system configuration and documentation
