Tanggung Jawab
- Install and configure CCTV, Alarm, and Access Control systems at client sites
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Conduct site surveys and system testing for optimal performance
- Provide technical training and user guidance to clients
- Maintain detailed installation logs and system documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to provide technical solutions for client requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SLTA) or equivalent technical certification
- Valid motor vehicle license (SIM) with personal motorbike access
- Experience with CCTV, Alarm, and Access Control systems preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and wiring skills
- Ability to read technical schematics and system diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
