Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Implement and maintain K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
- Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations and standards
- Prepare safety reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
- Coordinate with various departments to promote a culture of safety
- Monitor environmental compliance and implement sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE compliance and safety management
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using safety management software and reporting tools
