Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product configuration or technical customization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with technical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration
- Familiarity with industry-specific customization tools and software
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus
