Tanggung Jawab
- Execute civil construction tasks according to project specifications and engineering drawings
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and resolve technical issues
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports and progress updates
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools
- Implement environmental protection measures during construction activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications
- Certification in relevant construction safety standards is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (advantageous)
