Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of elevator systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Execute emergency repairs and component replacements according to safety protocols
- Complete detailed service documentation and maintenance reports
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with building management and clients for service scheduling
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in elevator maintenance or related technical field
- Certification in elevator technology (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Surabaya
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
