Astro Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teknisi Listrik (Electrical Technician) to join our maintenance team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational excellence and safety of our electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for end-to-end electrical maintenance, system troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to ensure minimal downtime.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical systems and installations.
- Execute precise troubleshooting and repairs for electrical faults to minimize operational disruption.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors for specialized electrical work or large-scale repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and health standards (K3) within the facility.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment storage areas.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports regarding maintenance activities and system performance.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in a facility or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, panels, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, local electrical regulations, and building facility management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination and internal reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide emergency support if required.
