Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot upstream/downstream beverage production machinery including filling, pasteurization, and packaging systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in production lines
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve equipment-related disruptions
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment optimization projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as maintenance technician/engineer in beverage manufacturing
- Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and machine manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Certification in maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM) is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
