PT. Ligatennis Sports Management is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Teknisi MEP to join our dynamic team in Tabanan, Bali. As a key member of our facilities maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sports facilities. We are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of infrastructure performance and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Respond promptly to facility repair requests and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Maintain electrical panels, lighting systems, water pumps, and air conditioning units.
- Monitor facility energy usage and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Support the operational team in setting up equipment for events or daily facility use.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar maintenance role, preferably in sports or hospitality facilities.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tabanan, Bali.
- Good physical health and ability to perform hands-on technical tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required for facility operations.
