Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and fabricate custom stainless steel kitchen equipment according to blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform welding, cutting, and bending operations using industrial machinery and tools.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain production machinery and tools to minimize downtime and optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret requirements and suggest practical manufacturing solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or Metal Fabrication.
- Proven experience in a factory or workshop setting, specifically with stainless steel or custom metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Valid certification in welding or machining is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision.
- Basic knowledge of workshop safety regulations and PPE usage.
