Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products, services, and billing
  • Resolve technical issues, service disruptions, and account-related complaints
  • Process service upgrades, plan changes, and new connection requests
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, first-contact resolution, and CSAT scores
  • Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
  • Adhere to telecommunications compliance regulations and company protocols

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino languages
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience (BPO/telecom background advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
  • Willingness to undergo background verification and drug screening
