Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional service for telecommunications products and services
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and service-related problems efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Upsell and cross-sell telecommunications products and services based on customer needs
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to ensure accurate information delivery
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
