Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for telecommunications services
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions
- Process transactions and update customer accounts accurately
- Meet performance metrics for call handling and resolution times
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing (30+ WPM)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
