Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels for telecommunications services
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and billing details
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and transactions according to company standards
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery
- Stay updated on telecommunications industry trends and company product offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City
