Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at major telecommunications companies
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the telco sector
  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of MSSD solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by telco partners promptly and effectively
  • Represent HONOR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with at least 3 years in telecommunications or technology sector
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with demonstrated ability to manage large accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, MSSD solutions, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and account management tools
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong cross-cultural communication skills
