Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment, including routers, modems, and fiber optic cabling.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve network connectivity issues for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on telecommunication hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the central office and network operations team to implement system upgrades and repairs.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, company protocols, and industry regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and excellent customer service to clients during site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory usage, and service reports.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications, field service, or IT technical support.
- Solid understanding of basic computer networking, LAN/WAN configurations, and fiber optic technology.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and wiring schematics.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and handling tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino/Local dialect.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned service area.
- Vocational diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
