Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls related to telecommunications products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide accurate information about account details, billing, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
- Telco background is highly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Iloilo City.
- Comfortable with shifting schedules including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
