Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding telecommunications products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent service delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through continuous learning
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
