Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote TCM services and products
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective tele-sales techniques
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with the TCM team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on TCM products, services, and industry trends
- Contribute to team goals and actively participate in training sessions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or tele-sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to persuade and build rapport
- Basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine is an advantage
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Must be able to work in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
