- Support MIF upgrade engagement through targeted tele-sales initiatives
- Qualify and route leads effectively to appropriate sales channels
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Present Ricoh's products/services with compelling value propositions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via virtual engagement
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales roles
- Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to qualify leads using BANT or MEDDIC frameworks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- Goal-oriented with demonstrated sales track record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Ricoh's product portfolio advantageous
