Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up activities to generate and nurture leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
