Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling and lead generation
- Promote property listings and services to prospective buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide detailed product information and answer client inquiries
- Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales
Kualifikasi
- S1/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner
