You will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve payment issues, negotiate repayment plans, and provide exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers via phone regarding overdue accounts
- Providing clear and accurate information on account statuses
- Offering flexible payment solutions to meet customer needs
- Documenting all interactions and updating customer records
- Meeting or exceeding collection targets while maintaining positive relationships

- Contact customers to collect payments on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding their accounts
- Meet individual and team collection targets
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex account issues
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to work in Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila
