Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, service features, and account management
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels
- Resolve technical and billing issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Document customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems for accountability
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex account-related challenges
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional telecom services during customer interactions
- Continuously update knowledge on product offerings to provide informed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
- Basic understanding of telecom products and services
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Resident of Davao del Sur with reliable transportation
