Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality technical and customer support via phone, email, or chat for telecommunications products.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot service disruptions, billing inquiries, and account-related concerns.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and professional service.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on new product features, service changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School graduate (Senior High School level or K-12 graduate).
  • Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role is highly preferred but not required.
  • Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with internet and mobile services.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Davao City.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
