Tanggung Jawab
- Design and engineer robust telecommunications systems, including CCTV, PA/GA systems, radio networks, and structured cabling.
- Oversee the physical installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of telecom equipment on project sites.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system schematics, block diagrams, and project execution plans.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies to determine optimal equipment placement and network architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems with broader rail infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the installation and testing phases.
- Ensure all design and installation activities strictly comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of telecommunications systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of fiber optics, radio frequency (RF) systems, networking protocols, and transmission equipment.
- Proficiency in using engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD) to draft system layouts and technical diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors, and deliver results under pressure.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent industry certifications are highly advantageous.
