Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end telecom projects including circuit design, implementation, and testing
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize telecom infrastructure solutions
- Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science) or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom project coordination or similar role
- Strong expertise in telecom circuit design and infrastructure planning
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in PMP or telecom project management preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
