Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Globe CSP Project, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including the client (Globe CSP), internal teams, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular, comprehensive status reports to senior management.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements, facilitating necessary testing and approvals.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science), Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects specifically related to Communication Service Providers (CSPs), preferably with Globe Telecom.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications technologies, network infrastructure, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cebu City, Philippines.
